In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:
ArbRisk follows standard procedures of using log files. These files log only necessary data to keep the service up and running, and are cleared on a regular basis.
ArbRisk keeps record of all customers for authentication and payment reasons only. Most of this information can be changed or deleted by the customer administrator at any point in time.
All information about your surveyed sites, pictures and customers are stored locally on your device. No data is saved on any of ArbRisks servers. It is your own responsibility to backup your data through the provided backup functionality in the Settings Menu. Since all data is stored locally ArbRisk cannot help with restoring lost data, nor wiping your device of any data you have stored.
ArbRisk may store collected data centrally for application improvement and statistics purposes. There will always be a choice in the app for the user to share such data, and all data will be anonymized. Only data directly related to the ArbRisk application may be collected by us.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using mobile devices. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their activity.
ArbRisk is not aimed at children but professional tree workers, however in the case any child does access the application we have not knowingly any sensitive information in the application.
Your account will be locked out after 5 consecutive failed attempts. Only your company administrator or ArbRisk can unlock your account. Please contact email@example.com if your administrator cannot unlock your account.
